This website

• No cookie is set, by this site or by anything it loads, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
• No analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no session recorder and no chat widget.
• Fonts are served from this origin. There is no font CDN and no request leaves for another host.
• There is no form anywhere on this site. Nothing here accepts a submission.
• Standard web-server request logs (IP address, time, page, user agent) are kept for a short period for security and are not used to build a profile.

The one outbound link that leaves this site is the checkout, which is hosted by Stripe. From that point Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to the payment, and Firstline Desk never sees or holds your card details.

If you received a cold email

The data held about you is: your business name, a published business email address, your website address, and observations drawn from your own public pages — your support-tier page, your response commitment, your advertised roles and your named platform. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing to a corporate subscriber, and the source is public web pages in every case. No contact data is bought, and no enrichment or intent-data vendor is used. See the method for exactly which pages are read.

If you are a customer

What is held is the correspondence about your order, the links and any export you sent, and the delivered pack. Payment records are held by Stripe; Firstline Desk holds the transaction reference and the amount, not your card. Order records are kept for six years, which is the ordinary retention period for business records.

Your rights, and how to use them

Write to [email protected] and ask for a copy of what is held, a correction, deletion, or removal from all future contact. Any of those is done within thirty days, and removal is normally done the same working day. You do not have to explain why, and asking does not require an account — there are no accounts.

Nothing is sold or shared with any third party for marketing. The only processors involved are the payment provider, the email provider used to correspond with you, and the host serving this site.
