Can you really automate any timesheet format?
Most printed, PDF and scanned timesheets, yes. We set up your formats from a sample. If a format can’t be read reliably, for example very messy handwriting, we tell you plainly and flag it rather than guess.
What do you need from me to get started?
Send us a sample of your timesheets and our AI learns them. That’s it.
How many timesheets per month can you handle?
As many as you need. There is no limit on timesheets or temp workers.
What does it cost?
The first 5 timesheets are free. Then $0.50 per timesheet processed, invoiced monthly in arrears. No set-up fee and no contract.
Is this a new payroll system?
No. Your payroll system, approvals and pay decisions stay the same. Your team checks flagged items before payroll.
